| DISA Preferred Provider Quest Preferred Provider eScreen Preferred Provider Security Evaluation Drug Analysis is a State of Louisiana Certified Forensic Urine Drug Laboratory #UDS – 014 which began operations in 1981. All mandates required by Act 1036 by the State of Louisiana are implemented, evaluated, and reviewed to ensure compliance. SEDA provides a wide range of services regarding drug screening programs. These services are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00pm with no appointment necessary. All individuals must arrive no later than 3:00 pm. In house drug screens are available with same day results. Additionally, any test pending confirmation requiring MRO services will be reported to authorized representatives. All SEDA collectors are SAMI and BAT certified collectors with continuing educational certifications. Gender specific collectors are available upon each collection. |
| TESTING In House Drug Screen including Collection Testing performed with SYVA ETS instrumentation, with rigid monitoring of samples for adulteration, temperature and concentrate. Observed collections are performed when applicable. Strict protocol is implemented with regard to identification and verification of all donors. Drug Screens are collected by certified personnel. eScreen In House Rapid Test – 5 & 10 Panel In House Collection, screening using E*Screen Rapid test with confirmation on all positive samples using GC/ms and MRO. Web based reporting and customizable statistical data available. Breath Alcohol Screen Breath Alcohol DOT – EBT’S are conducted in a controlled environment providing aural and visual privacy using the LifeLoc Phoenix with levels measured by hundredths of percents. All screens are performed by Certified Breath Alcohol Techinicians. DOT and Non DOT Collections DOT (collection/test/MRO) In House Collection, samples forwarded to federal DOT lab with confirmation on all positive samples using GC/ms and MRO. Web based reporting and customizable statistical data available.
